The third largest city in Israel, Haifa is set on the slopes of Mount Carmel overlooking the Mediterranean. Traditionally a working city, it's young, culturally fused university population has recently brought a more hip vibe to the city. There is plenty to see and experience including the Bahai Gardens, German Colony with its café culture, as well as a number of museums.
